    Hi, folks.
    I'd like to disable the Web GUI for the controller and only use the CLI
    Is it possible to disable the Web GUI access ? ArubaOS (MODEL: RAP-109), Version 6.4.2.0-4.1.1.0 regards, -mitsu

    No, this is not currently possible.

    I'll try to insert a firewall rule which blocks traffic to the IP address of the controller using TCP 4343

    I tried the following config.

    but it does not work.

     

    inbound-firewall
     rule any any masterip 0.0.0.0 match tcp 4343 4343 deny

     

    Thanks anyway.

     

    I look for a different way.

    Management access to the AP is allowed irrespective of the inbound firewall rule. For more information on configuring restricted management access, see Configuring Management Subnets.
