    Hi All,
    I have some problem at my work place.
    Currently we are using IAP104 & IAP105.
    Now, just buy 3 units of IAP207.
    I try to configure IAP207 but when access the SSID "instant" & get into 10.10.0.250 to do configuration the connection will lost. It happen every time I try to do configuration.
    In other hand, the instant AP not appear in our current virtual controller.

    Some body please help me rectify this issue.

    Hi Nizam,

     

    IAP 207 runs on a difference image than 104/105. So, it will not join the cluster.

     

    The minimum supported firmware for IAP 207 is 4.3.1.0.

    However, IAP 104/105 are not supported on from 4.3.0.0, So, you can not have IAP 104/105 & IAP 207 in the same cluster.

     

    Next Action Step:

     

    1. Bring up your IAP 207 cluster on a different vlan than the IAP 104/105.

     

    This will allow you to access & configure it.

    vlan than the IAP 104/105.

    Hi, plug the 207 into a different vlan + subnet which is not the same as the 104/105.

    Thank for your response guys..
    However, I have further inquiry on this.
    Is it mean I has to create another SSID?
    currently I have 1 SSID which been used by all staff here and colleagues
    from HQ.
    In order to have additional SSID seem not practical for us as we try to
    maintain with 1 SSID only.
