No radius-proxy in new cluster

I'm using Aruba Cloud Central and had a group with one cluster, cluster-0 with vc-ip 192.168.20.2 using radius-proxy (so all communication with radius is from 192.168.20.2).

I added another cluster, cluster-1 with vc-ip 192.168.21.2 to the same group, it synchronized settings and now broadcasts the same networks as cluster-0, but radius-proxy is not working, radius communication is happening directly from AP-ip addresses instead of from the vc-ip 192.168.21.2. Are the radius and radius-proxy settings not synchronized from Aruba Central, and if so, do I have to configure the new cluster manually through cli?

Can you get a running config output from this second cluster?
