Noise floor reading

I don't have any formal training in RF engineering or even wifi for that matter, so forgive me if this is a silly question.

I am querying my IAP225 cluster's noise floor through SNMP (., aiRadioNoiseFloor)  , and all my APs are returning values of 97.  There is no negative sign, but I am assuming this means (-)97 dBm?  I am in the middle of a busy, metropolitan environment.  Could this really possibly be +97 dBm?

Re: Noise floor reading

Now I'm also wondering whether I need to turn the spectrum monitor on to even get an accurate reading for this property...
