Setting up a small Virtual Controller managed network.

Traffic passes through AP IP. Is there a way to pass traffic through Virtual Controller IP?

My goal is to NAT the the VIP through the firewall to a different public IP.

Currenlty, I can only seem to do this through the AP's IP.

If you setup an SSID that has a virtual-Controller assigned addressed vlan, it will NAT out of the IP address of the VC.

    Hi Colin,

    Thanks for the reply!

I get this now. When Virtual Controller managed, traffic flows through the Virtual Controller Master IP, not the Virtual IP. This is by design.

I also have the option to create a VLAN and exit through that.

    Thanks!

    Dear All,

I permit only for the VC IP to access the internet.

there is a way to make the traffic pass through the VC not the Master IP?

    Regards
