Prioritise voice on IAP335

We are about to deploy 80 IAP335s in a new office that will support both voice and data. The voice calls will be a mixture of softphone app on smartphones and wifi calling in the event of no gsm signal. We only plan on using a single SSID for all devices - laptops, smartphone, etc. Are we best to create a voice SSID so that voice calls are prioritsed or do we just use a Employee SSID and enable WMM. Or is there more to this..?

using the Policy Enforcement Firewall on the IAP's you will be able to create QoS rules to prioritise the voice traffic.  you can do all of this over a single SSID.


this is done on the role configuration.
