Are having problem when I am add a device in Central. I tried to add a new devices in central  with my mac adress and the correct cloud activation key. But for some reason Central doesnt find any devices to add.

 

Could it be that i already have the devices on my central? and how do i remove it in that case so i can add an aruba instant point to aruba central?

Please share the error message encountered while adding the devices.

 

Also share the serial number of your device.

I have manage to add my device to aruba central. But it do not apear in "monitoring or any were execpt för "device Management". Am i missing a step?

We need to assign the license (subscription key ) to the device

so that it can be monitored on Central.
