Problem factory reset IAP 205 with Airwave VC

    Hello,

     

    i try to perform a factory reset on an IAP 205 with an Airwave Server (VC) but get always the message "No selected devices support factory reset." The version of the AMP  is 8.2.3.1 and from the IAP  6.5.1.0

     

    Has anyone an idea? I dont know a function or anything else, where can i switch off oder switch on the factory reset functionallity.

    Hi,

     

    Need to select the device which is not showing * mark in name and select reset option from drop down list to reset the device from Airwave.

    If you are selecting proper device but still not working,then it might be use with device support, we have 6.5.2 support in 8.2.4

    I have choosen the same path, but i get the message:

    I'll try to update the AMP and the IAP...

    Hi,

     

    Are you using instant or template mode, if  you using template mode try set the device in manage mode from APs/Devices>manage and check the status.
