I keep reading that in order to utilize a 3x3:3 AP, you would need a 3x3 client.

What I'm trying to understand if this is a misconception. While I understand that throughput may be limited to 2 streams in a 2x2 client, couldn't a 3x3 configuration support more clients?

I'm thinking something along the lines of the following

Client 1 could utilize Tx radios 1, 2 and client 2 could utilize Tx radios 2 and 3.

Can someone verify this is the case?
