    Hi,

     

    In the new version Version 6.3.1.1-4.0.0.1 with on account "Guest Registration Only", is it possible to create a "Guest Account Portal" limited in the time ? (no perpetual only activate for one day for example)

    Not possible...

    I have been asking for that feature for a while ago...

    Lets hope they instroduce that feature soon

    You could add ClearPass Guest into the solution to achieve this.

    Yes it works Marcus but if you see it on clients point of view its not worth it...

    I mean if he is just looking for guest limited time and nothing else.

     

    I have been in this situation soo many times... and the clients finds that is not worth it... even if i tell them how many features the clearpass guest has!

     

    In hotel here it would be nice having that feature in instants... they find that the instant APS are  okay in price but then, they do not have limited time with captive portal.... If i go and presetn them a quote with controller then the price goes really high and they finally end up buying HP, or another brand cheaper...


    Anyways this is what happen in our country!.  In the US manybe not because in there companies has bigger budgets.

     

    Anothing thing missing is the AP93H instant :)

    There is a misunderstanding.  Is not on the roadmap, i never said it was!

    I hope they put it on the roadmap soon!
