    Hello,

I have a few unlicensed devices listed under Device Provisioning in Central that are not owned by us any longer due to selling part of our businesses.

Is there any way to remove them?

    Thanks,

    Russell

Under Maintenance > Device Provisioning > Manage Licenses and Search for the device(s) in question and unassign the license

I already mentioned they are unlicensed, I knew how to do that.

I want to now get the UNLICENSED devices to be no longer visible in the list.

    Thanks,

    RH

    Sorry misread your post

You will need to remove those devices from Activate and then resync

    Thanks Victor.

I was not familiar with Activate before today. I registered and now have access. However, it doesn't look like I can do much in Activate other than move devices around 'folders'. I do not see any way to 'remove' a device from Activate.

I'll search the forums to see what I can find.

Where the heck is "Activate?" Not that it looks like it's going to help anyway. I can not figure out how to delete an unmanaged, unlicensed device. I swear this Aruba Central interface is an absolute pain to navigate. Not intuitive by any means!
