Rest of World IAP Controlled by US AirWave server?

Are there any restrictions with managing rest of world IAPs from a US-based AirWave install, or is that restriction only relevant to the termination of campus APs to physical controllers?

There are no restrictions with this. In case of IAP, you only need to make sure that the IAP unit itself matches the regulatory requirements for the country where it's deployed.
