Hi, I found that in order to get my new Beoplay M5 to work streaming music I had to enable the AirGroup Service "allowall" which in turn means a number of new services is showing up (please see attached picture with Service IDs). My question now is: should I create a new AirGroup Service and include the Service IDs listet and then close "allowall" again; as I assume any other devices can right now create services that I might not be too interested in supporting? Will I simply have to type the lines and no further attributes?

You might have disable "allowall" service and  "show airgroup blocked-queries" (http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_423_WebHelp/InstantWebHelp.htm#CLI_commands/show_airgroup_cppm_entries.htm) on the commandline to see what Beoplay uses.  You would then create a new service that has the Beoplay blocked query.  It is typically "okay" to enable "allowall" as a test to troubleshoot, but it could create performance issues in a busy network in the future.

    Hi Alex,

As described earlier I enabled “allowall” and then moved the new services into a new group of Airgroup Services named “beoplay”. Please see attached photos. Works fine with Apple and TuneIn as I have enabled “iTunes” and “airplay” as well.

    Hi,

Agree, idear when creating “Beoplay” as an Airgroup Service was to disable again “allowall” as this might hit performance / security.

    kind regards, Torben
