Upgrade Firmware 6.3.25

  • 1.  Upgrade Firmware 6.3.25

    I did firmware upgrade of a controller 650 from version 6.3.22 to 6.3.25 and now in the visiting network the captive portal no longer appears. I downgrade it again at 6.3.22 and it still does not appear. Could someone help me?

    Is the SSID being broadcast?

    Does a user get an ip address when the user connects to the SSID?

    Can the user resolve DNS addresses when the user connects?

    Does the AP attempt to redirect the user to a page?

    You need to troubleshoot why DNS resolution is not working.
