    Hey guys.

I was wondering if one of you lovely lads could please confirm if I am able to do a direct upgrade from 6.4.4.4-4.2.3.0 to 8.4.0.2 for AP model 303.

Currently in standalone mode, but will be upgrading before pointing to our Airwave server. Struggling to find an area where you can verify upgrade paths? Do you guys have some sort of URL to check these upgrade paths?

    ....

No. Minimum required instant version for 303 is 8.3.0.0. They are not supported on version 6.x.

If you have some APs on 6.4.4.4-4.2.3.0 you need to go to any version from Instant 6.5.1.0-4.3.0.0 to Instant 6.5.4.0 before you can go to 8.4.x.x.

Thank you for your reply, appreciate the response. Could you please also confirm if this is the same for model Type 325? We have two of those as well at another customer site.

Minimum supported InstantOS version is 4.2.2.0.

Pro tips. This information is available in the AP datasheet. Each AP series has a datasheet available online which you can find easily via an online search.

    Here's the one for AP320 which covers AP324 - AP325
