Yes, the AP has full access to the controller.
The ip of the controller is right.

Does your controller work with other AP's? The messages look like someone intentionally erased the TPM keys, as explained in this support article.

 

I think it is best to contact Aruba support if this is still under contract. It could be that the AP (if other APs with a TPM do work on the same controller) needs to be RMA-ed.

The controller has 5 ap configured, working properly.
