What would be the way to implement certificate validation & authentication for wireless corporate users? We currently use both IAP managed by airwave.

Is this something that has to be configured at Radius server level or it can be handled by airwave. Also what is best practice?

You can configure this at the IAP level or the RADIUS level, it would be dependant on your environment. In most cases the authenticator would be the IAP which merely passes the traffic to the RADIUS server.
