Can you see all access points in the cluster from the Virtual Controller?

yes, we are able to see all the Accesspoints, but the clients are getting associated with only two AP's which are IAP 105 rest of the AP's in the cluster are IAP 93 model.

We had done a recent Upgrade from 6.2.0.0-3.2.0.0_36559 to 6.4.2.6-4.1.1.6_50009 and only after the upgrade we see these issues.

As a workaround we had downgarded the firmware post which we could see the clients getting associated with all the AP's.

From the Aruba Instant 6.4.2.6-4.1.1.6 | Release Notes

If you are using EAP Termination that might explain why there are no users on the IAP-93s.  The IAP-93s have limited memory and they have been marked end-of-sale since April 30th, 2014 http://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/end-of-life/

If you need the functionality on those APs, I would downgrade so that you do not lose any features.

WPA2-Personal is the security mechanism we use for our WLAN.

Does the new firmware affect the WPA2-Personal also?
