What type of devices should I recommend for this situation?

    Which ordering configuration (device types) do you offer for about 250-300 clients for a 2 floor around 25m long moving vehicle with 3G/LTE uplink? (boat on a river within a big city)
    - Witch AP models and how many? (I think IAPs perfect for this situation, but I can't choose from them, we don't know the exact specs of the clients devices..)
    - Devices for uplink? Stick? Router? Switch? What type of them?

    I think an USB stick is too tight for 250-300 clients, and maybe the cellular signal will fluctuating, so I think a more roboust uplink will be needed, like a router with cellular uplink, am I rigth? (Or a wifi controller is better for this situation?)
