can not boot my access point

    Good Evening 
    I have a problem with my ap:APIN0205

    S/N:CNCDHMJ5GG

    After I reset this AP 
    using this command :Write Erase All
    I can not boot to it 
    it always stops int this stage and restarts after it 

    Getting an IP address...

    Looks like the AP is not able to get an ip .
    Do you have dhcp enabled for the vlan assigned to the AP

    It looks like the default IP is being occupied by another device.

    You may need to check the DHCP service as mentioned, or statically use set another available IP address on the AP.
