    In the same corporation, there are several delegations. In eaqch delegation there are a cluster iap. Can use the same public certificate, in all cluster?

    Are you referring to the captive portal certificate? If so, yes, as long as
    you have the key pair.

    I need generate a csr with openssl to generate a public certificate. What common name fill to can use in several instan controller?

    Sorry, this is clear, but when I generate a csr in openssl, What name is valid for filling common name and that the generated public certificate can be used on all virtual controllers? Any common name?

    You can use anything you want. I always recommend it be clear to a user.
    Something like network-login.<YOUR-PUBLIC-DOMAIN></YOUR-PUBLIC-DOMAIN>
