    Hello,

    I'm using Aruba Intant 225 AP and for testing purpose I would know if there is some way to enable only 80Mhz channel bonding on 5GHz band and how to do it.

     

    I would also know if I can configure specific MCS on 5Ghz, it's for testing purpose.

    All wifi needs legacy rates for management traffic, so you cannot exclude them, no.

    Hi joseph,

     

    I'm using IAP 225 with instant version 6.4.3.4 and I have seen that this release supports MCS 0-9 configuration for each stream, with commands:

       supported-mcs-set and vht-support-mcs-map  in a wlan profile

    The question is that I have configured MCS 2 or 3 for each one of three streams, but I don't see any changes at wlan profile configuration, the command is not shown at config.

    Is there some way to check for each stream which valid MCS is available??.

    Could also check is a client 11ac is using 20, 40 or 80 Mhz channel??.
