The IAP365 does not share the same firmware as the 207, so you need to find the same level of code, but for the IAP365 and upgrade it offline before adding it to the IAP207 cluster.  http://support.arubanetworks.com/LifetimeWarrantySoftware/tabid/121/DMXModule/661/Default.aspx?EntryId=20375

I am upgraded the firmware of ap365 but it's not adding to my 207 cluster, once I disconnect the 207 clusters from network its getting up.

    firmware details:-

    IAP 2076.5.1.0-4.3.10_57768
    AP 3656.5.3.2

You need to upgrade the 207 cluster so that it has the same version as the 365 - all devices need to be running the same version of firmware then they will join.

Do you have all APs on the network when you see this message? try removing the 365 from the network and upgrade the 207 cluster on its own before adding the 365 back onto the network.

You will need to figure out which one is having an issue, go onto the command line of each AP in the cluster and run the command "show version" to see which version each AP is running. "show image version" will show you which images have been downloaded to the devices.

Are you able to provide the following?

    - Firmware file name which you are using for the IAP207

    - Output of the following CLI #show log upgrade

Are you trying to update this via the automatic image download or are you manually uploading the image from the support site?
