iOS 5 device can't authenticate by using 802.1x

    iOS 5 device can't authenticate by using 802.1x but iOS 7 device can authenticate. My customer did try few method to authenticate as below for iOS 5 device:

     

    *   username/DOMAIN name ; password

    *   username (without name) ; password

     

    above method cannot be authenticate.

     

    iOS 7 device and any other Android version able to authenticate.

     

    Now the firmware is running 6.3.1.1-4.0.0.1

     

    Please advise.

    What does the radius server say?  Start with that...

    I have to check with my customer. But my customer used same login user account by using iOS 7 device and Android device doesn't have this problem. It just happen on the iOS 5 device.
