identify the issue and restart the controller from cli

Hello,

I just inherited a controllerless set of aruba instant.

Usually I was able to manage them going to this address.

https://10.100.254.50:4343/#home

now that page is no longer available.

So i tried to ping 10.100.254.50 with success.

Then I logged via ssh to 10.100.254.50

Then I issued the following command:

show aps

wich gave me this list:

19 Access Points
----------------
Name IP Address Mode Spectrum
---- ---------- ---- --------
AP-KAIZEN 10.100.254.51* access disable
AP-SEZPOST 10.100.254.54 access disable
AP-CEDTECNOCOMM 10.100.254.61 access disable

AP-FINESTABILIMA 10.100.23.29 access disable
AP-FORATRICI 10.100.254.53 access disable

Here is what I want to do: restart the 10.100.254.50 and check if the web user interface becomes available again.

Can you suggest me the proper command?
