Hi, i have a problem with the aruba central : it shows me that my APs are down (it actually can't get any information from them) but my APs are up and i'm connected to the wifi throw them.

I can ping the central aruba from the APs.

    does anyone have such problem?

    Hi Friend,

It seems, your cloud lisence is expired ( we need to verify it in the status portal with your registered email id ).

check with your partner and get activated.

It's not a problem with the license because it expires in 2015. I checked the firewall : there is no drop of the packets going to the central aruba.

    Ok,

were they mapped to your unique account ( Folder with your account name) or still in default folder ?

some times, if the communication between Aruba central and Activate is not in sync ( Order entry details) this situation will arise.

You can open a ticket with the TAC and get it resolved.

    for you ref :

Please feel free to come back on the same if it is not fixed.
