    Hi,

Aruba 7010.  When I do a # show inventory command It hangs for a while, and shows the following:

Module Hardware Monitor busy. Please try later

I have looked everywhere but cant find how to resolve this issue.

Type "show log system 50" to see if there is any information there.

Type "show crashinfo" to see if there are any crashes that would explain the behavior.

Do you have an access point plugged directly into the controller?

If yes, what is the output of "show poe"?

No, all the APs connect though a POE switch.

The version of ArubaOS you are running is fairly old.  I think the latest 6.4.x or 6.5.x would probably clear up your issue, but that is not conclusive.

Thank you, I'll try 6.5 and post the results.
