Airwave auf Centos 6.10

Hallo, hat es jemand geschafft Airwave auf einem Centos 6.10 zu installieren? Die aktuelle ISO von Airwave verwendet Centos 6.6. Diese Version erkennt den verbauten Raid Controller (Dell R640) nicht. Unter Centos 6.10 kann der Server installiert werden, die Installation von Airwave wird allerdings mit folgendem Fehler beendet:

Re: Airwave auf Centos 6.10

It's no longer possible to get your own OS and install Airwave on top of it. Options are:

- Hardware appliance (pre-installed)

- VM (OVA recommended, ISO possible)

- Your own hardware (ISO).

 

From the Server sizing guide on 'your own hardware':

To ensure hardware capability, purchase server hardware that is certified to be compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.2.

 

What you can do is check with your local Aruba SE or Aruba TAC if your RAID controller can be supported, which possibly will require to raise an RFE (Innovation Zone). Another option would be to run ESXi (or HyperV, KVM) on your hardware as a middle-layer and run Airwave as a VM on top of that.
