    Hi,

I am trying to query port statistics via the Aruba REST API on a 5406zl2 running firmware KB.16.10.0003.

The API call on ../rest/v4/port-statistics/{port.id} works fine, however the returned statistics are only 32bit counters.

Is there any way to obtain 64bit port statistics via the REST API?

I haven't found anything regarding this in the documentation.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Sorry no idea, do you have try with v7 ? (for API call)

I think, need to ask to TAC...

Yes, I tried it with v7 as well, same result.

I went back to pulling port statistics via SNMP for now (64-bit counter support is not a problem with SNMP).

However, I would love to see this feature getting implemented in the future.

32-bit counters overflow within a few seconds at Gigabit speeds, which means that querying those is virtually useless in many scenarios.
