    Hi Airheads,

    Im deploying a LAB enviroment for upcoming pre-sale process im doing.

    I have ALE 2.0.0.16 (65877)

    and AirWave Management Platform 8.2.7 Installed on .

    Both VM's can commuincate with each other.(same hardware no fw)

     

    I deployed EVEL licenese on the ALE., And tried to load floorplans (as the first step that i need :) )

     

    I Just cant mark any floorplan checkbox - all of them gray?

    Why?

     

    Take a look on the following Screenshots:

    As u can see all the maps / floor plans are gray / I cant choose any checkbox , Why?

    Also uploading from VisualRF backup - Same issue , Boxes are gray out - can choose checkbox - Please advise.

    We can not impot indvidula floor plans to ALE if we deployed planned APs in VisualRF floor map.

    Didn't verifed it yet , But as understood from TAC only deployed floors can be imported / empty floors can't & also planned aps floor plans can't.

    Yes, empty floors and planned APs can not be imported to ALE.
