    Hi Guys,

Is anyone here notice different  user experience between IOS / Android devices when using Meridian SDK or Meridian APPMAKER?

Android users keep suffering from wired navigation pattern , slow positioning , Notification latency takes too much time < But only in Android devices.

Am im the only one that suffering from band android support?

I have this trouble too. Though previous post was posted more than year ago nothing had changed.
A week ago we have deployed Meridian Evaluation Kit and all worked fine with Iphone 4s and Iphone 7 that was our testing devices. But now we tried to test our application on Android (version 4.3+ and 5.0+) and user experience was unpleasant. We had seen slow navigation and dots jumping. Both testing devices compatible with BLE 4.0+. RF scanning application on Android device has shown normal strength of the beacon signal.
It looks like a little bit strange. Maybe there is some application difference due different OS, but if it is, this solution isn't really good.
If there is somebody those had had same troubles please share here your experience.

    Hi,

IOS devices have inbuilt beacon support due to that it shows accurate bluedot location where as Andriod does not inbuilt support.

This is expected behavior, and is due to hardware limitations of iOS vs Android. With different platforms and operating systems, 1:1 functionality and performance should not be expected.
