Proximity beacons can be changed. Location beacons are auto power based on the map and other calculations.

Thanks for the info,but in a big retail store with different halls (rows) how do the BLE tags dosent effect client devices on another row?
please advise.

It's all apart of the location calculation in the app. It's dynamic.

Hi,

Here Proximity beacons require power control coz, we will push notifications based on the proximity so there is a possibility of deploying proximity beacons at each row with in the hall and it should not overlap with other proximity beacon coverage. 

 

We need one location beacon to cover a hall , one location beacon will cover approx 2500 SFT ( or one location beacon can handle approx 70 clients)  hence we don't deploy location beacon on every row with in the hall but we need atleast 3 beacons to triangulate and estimate the location.
