    I would like to find out whether Aruba ALE can support high availability? If yes, is there any reference guide?

    No, ALE does not support high availability feature.

    Hi there, in that case what's the recommendation for redundancy? Do we need to prepare another server with same quantity of license? Otherwise can we tap on vmotion? Is there any write up for redundancy? Thank you.

    ALE is typically deployed in a virtualized environment, and would take advantage of the underlying high availability features of that virtualized environment. As mentioned, there is no specific HA/redundancy feature built into ALE itself.
