    Hello Aruba,

I'm actually trying to understand the mobile engagement Solution. So, for example, if a customer went to a Shopping Mall, those are the steps he will have to do :

    • He detects the SSID and be connected to it.
    • In his mobile he will have a captive portail merdian plateform where he can enter his informations (name, phone number, email)
    • He received an SMS or an email, giving a password to this customer, so that he can upload the application he want ( for example ClearPass Guest)
    • After uploading  ‘ClearPass Guest’, the customer can look for the product he wants to buy, and then this application can show him the path to this product in the shopping Mall.

If the process is not like that, please correct me. And what are other apps that a customer can upload from the meridian plateform so that he can search for his product ?

Can the customer know the path to his product directly from Meridian plateforme (without uploading any application) ?

If the customer want to leave the Shopping Market , how can he disconnected ?

The customer would download the companies app from the app store. It would likely be setup to show the different departments in the store and the customer could select a department and be guided there.

Other features would be external analytics integration to push notifications and offers to the user.

Please speak with your Aruba or partner SE to discuss all of the possibilities.

    Thanks,
    Tim
