In the event log on a controller's monitoring page, the message "Error in SNMP polling: Timeout" is a symptom of the controller not responding to any single request from AirWave for snmp data.
If these messages correspond to other problems, like gaps in user/bandwidth graphs, then you can improve the situation by increasing snmp retries on the Device Setup -> Communication page. 4 retries is a reasonable starting point.
