Q:

Explanation for the column “Device Uptime is Reliable” in Device Uptime report

A:

Based on the Up/Down events of the device, this column gets updated to "Yes/No" in the generated report.

During the report duration if we have any "Down Event" reported in Airwave for a device, then it updates the column "Device Uptime is Reliable" to "No". If the device never reported "Down" in Airwave during the report duration, then it updates the  column to "Yes".

For example :  If we are running the report for 12 hours duration (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM), in this time frame if a particular device shows down in Airwave once and then it comes up in Airwave after 15 to 20 minutes it will be considered as a "Down Event". Even for this single "Down Event", it updates the reliable column to "No" for that particular device.
