How to make AMP 8.0.9 to push firmware via http.



A:

By default from AirWave 8.0.9 the firmware distribution is forced to use https, but we do have an option to enable the HTTP.

Hence Instance firmware version 4.0.x.x prior do not support firmware upgrade via https, in Airwave we still have an option to upgrade those device.

To enable this feature we need to navigate to AMP Setup > General > Firmware Upgrade/Reboot Options and select the Yes radio button for
the Enable firmware distribution via http option.

Once after selecting the Yes radio button for the Enable firmware distribution via http option the Instant 4.0 devices are upgraded successfully.
