How to run client session report per client and per session

That is, Client session report based on number of sessions and number of unique clients.

Under Client session reports, we have various widgets. But we do not have widget for "Client session: session data by clients" and "Client session: session data by session".

This feature was available from older AMP version, but in recent AMP version (post 8.2.8), these widgets are not available.

To obtain these information, we need to chose the 'client session' as the 'report type', scroll down to the bottom, here you will find the 'Advanced Option' which will be 'Hidden' by default.

You will have to click 'Show' to display the below options and select 'yes' for Include details about every session and every client.
