Internal Server Error: connection limit exceeded for non-superusers

Q. I'm running AWMS 6.1.x and I when I go to the web gui, I get an Internal Server Error. In the log on that page, I see a message that includes this:

connection limit exceeded for non-superusers 

A. This is a known issue in 6.1 (a fix is in 6.2). The workaround is very simple: just SSH into the AMP and run this command

# ra

to restart the web server
