Unable to Launch VisualRF

The following document discusses a solution to a VisualRF problem when BOTH of the following symptoms exist:

1. Internal Server Error on web page when you attempt to open a floorplan.

2. "Connection refused" errors in the web server error log (/var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log) like this:

[Mon Jun 25 16:06:05 2007] [error] [client] (111)Connection refused: FastCGI: failed to connect to server "/var/www/html/visualrf": connect() failed
[Mon Jun 25 16:06:05 2007] [error] [client] FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server "/var/www/html/visualrf"


1. Create the file /usr/local/airwave/lib/java/amp.properties

2. Add entries for proper credentials:
amp.username=<username for AMP web interface>
amp.password=<password for AMP web interface>

3. Restart VisualRF server
