This is a known issue where if the customer does not enable visualRF within 1 week of installing the AMP, the /tmp folder where the site_list.xml and campus_building_list.xml are stored initially, gets cleaned out. This has been fixed by moving the xml files to a different directory now.Customers will keep running into this problem if they dont enable visualrf within a week from installing the AMP. The solution is create a directory named site_migration in /tmp copy blank site_list.xml and campus_building_list.xml from any other AMP into the site_migration directory restart visualRF This should fix the issue.
