AMP does not show how many APs are UP or DOWN - since 8.2.x

    Since we have upgraded to 8.2.x - now we run 8.2.3 - it never showed # of APs UP or DOWN

     

    See screenshot attached. Is tere a way to fix this quickly?

    In my opinion everysthing seems pretty smooth, no process issues..

    Is this just the top header in Airwave, or are the APs showing Up also in Folder view or Group view when they are actually down?

    Yes just in the Top Header #'s are not shown.

     

    When going to Groups, I see all the Groups, with it's AP's in it.. 

    As well in the folder view see screenshot.

    Did you try to go to amp setup > top header and remove and add the devices up?

    Yes I tried > rebooted the AMP server as well.. no luck.

     

    See screenshot about UP devices in APs/Devices - shows the 94 devices..
