    Dear All,

     

    is it possible to show data on APPRF menu with range 1 month ago or more ?

    how long time frame data that we could show at this menu ?

    Hi Hudaya,


    It depends on the apprf retention you set under Amp setup --> general page --> Historical retention --> AppRF Data Retention Interval. For now the max is 30 days for AppRF.

    Keep in mind that if you increase AppRF retention, it will increase the database requirements.  AppRF is database intensive, which is why you'll usually see AppRF tables to be among the larger db table sizes on the System -> Performance page.

     

    Depending on how far out you want to go back in time, you may have to increase your disk space to match.
