    Hi communiity,

Im facing a problem with Airwave, I deleted two controllers from airwave to fix a mismatch name when I added them for the first time. Now I added them again to airwave and their appear as up but the APs related to those controllers remains as down.

I have reboot both controllers and poll the APs but nothing happened.

    Thank you in advance.

I removed all APs and both controllers. Then I added the controllers again but the APs does not appear on Airwave.

You shouldn’t have to remove from the controller, just delete the down APs from airwave and then do another SNMP poll

Can you see the controllers up in airwave

    Thank you

So, now the controllers are ok (UP) but Airwave won't discover the AP's. The SNMP community string is correct on both sides (Airwave and Controllers.)

Have you tried opening a support case for this?  It sounds to me like the snmpd daemon might be having issues.  Check the snmp_v2_fetcher log, also check the service_watcher log to make sure there's no daemons in a restart loop.  Some basic checks to also perform: 1) license device limit, 2) hardware sizing, 3) performance tuning (bottom of AMP Setup -> General), 4) group polling (groups -> select group -> basic tab, check the SNMP version option to ensure if using v2 or v3)

    Thank you Rob

So I checked all and it seems to be fine.

Then I decided to restart the AMP server and everything started to work.

Thanks for the update.  While the logs might not have reported it, it's possible that one of the daemons was in a bad state.  If you want, open a support case to see if support can look into it to help find the RCA.
