After clear install AirWave 8.0 see only lo0 interface

  • 1.  After clear install AirWave 8.0 see only lo0 interface

    Hello!

     

    Download image of AirWave 8.0 from arubasupport site.

    Install image on clean PC.

    After install ifconfig show me only lo0 intarface.

     

    I can't see network from CentOS. (don't ping any hosts).

     

    Any idea?

    did you go through the menu option that sets the interfaces after you booted off of the ISO?

    Any error messages during the install phase?  Are you installing both CentOS and AirWave off the same ISO?  Is the ISO corrupt?

    Intarface options I configured through steps.

    Its original ISO from arubasupport site.

    Install CentOS and AirWave from 1 disk.

    What hardware are you installing on?  Are there any ifcfg-eth# entries in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts?  If not, it's possible that the CentOS install portion is not finding your NIC.  At which point you should be trying to interrupt the OS installer to allow use of 3rd party NIC install as a portion of the CentOS install.  The servers we have in the lab are a mix of Dell and SuperMicro.

    Reinstall of AirWave is resolved problem!
