    In AirWave 8.2.5.1, I am attempting to run a custom monthly report which details the Device Types, Access Points, Controllers and SSIDs and finding that the report is returning no information for the month of January, 2019 (as attached). All other months display the current information successfully.

     

    Has anybody else come across this issue?

    When we say all other months, is it Feb which shows the data or Dec? What is the historical retention set ? Do we see graphs showing client or usage data on Airwave side at the said time?

    Hi Vishnu,

     

    It seems to be the month of January, 2019 onwards.

     

    Can you please advise on where to find the historical retention details on AirWave?

    You can got to Amp Setup --> Historical retention.
