    Hello,

Is there a way to change the SSH/Telnet login details for multiple switches in one go as opposed to going into each one individually? I have tried changing the templete that would have been used when the switches were first added but it appears this only takes effect for newly added devices.

    Thanks.

Go to the group or folder where the switches are listed. Click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the dark grey header, select the switches you want to change,  select "Update the credentials used to communicate with these devices" under Device Actions (over the dark grey header) and click on Update. You'll get a new window where you can enter SNMP community and Telnet/SSH username and password.
