AirWave location permissions

    Hi community,

    we want to use AirWave for managing our Aruba APs, Controllers and Switches on different locations. I have problems managing the access permissions for each site administrator - they should only be able to access/manage devices in their site.

    I can create folders and allow access to these folders only (configuring roles in AMP setup), which looks good to me. But when a site administrator clicks on "Config & Audit Jobs" for example, he can still create and execute jobs for all devices available in AirWave.

    I am not sure what to configure - found nothing in the user guide.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Thomas,

     

    I see the same issue. Please open a TAC case (for a bug with Airwave) for tracking purpose.

    Hi,

    seems to be a bug. Support will let me know when they fixed it. I will post an update then.
