AirWave performance metrics

    Hi Team,

     

    Customer was looking for measuring performance metrics for real time communications basis following parameters:

    - Latency one-way >20ms
    - Latency round-trip >40ms
    - Packet loss >0.9 during any 15 second interval
    - Packet inter-arrival jitter >15ms during any 15 second interval

     

    Could someone provide information if its possible to use these parameters for measurable performance metrics for real time communications?

    There is no recommended metrics as such , need to make sure there is no much latency in network which cause delay in data update in Airwave.

     

    We can check network latency details under system>performance page.
