AirWave "Unknown" with Brocade switch

    Hi, 

     

    AirWave server is running version 8.2.4.

    I had Brocade switch (ICX-7150, firmware 8.0.60 that is latest version and newer than recommended firmware).

    The switch added but status is Down and configuration is Unknown.

    In detail, Unknown shown "will contact network device soon").

    And event logs shown "Device Monitor: Can't use an underfined value as a HASH reference at Mercury/Device/Switch/Brocade.pm line 67.

     

    However, it shown correctly infomation in Neighbors like connected port to another device via LLDP.

     

    Could you please help me to solve this issue?

    Please open a TAC case.  There may be some debugging needed to see what info was passed to the data parser.  LLDP table is different from the table governing the device details.  While neighbor table may be correct, the info passed back by the system OIDs may be incorrect causing the issue.  Support will be able to assist.

    I did not open a TAC case. I will try to another firmware before open case.
